If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply submit a request for return/exchange on the contact us page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Fast Refund:
SOnce we receive your refund request, our customer service staff will verify and confirm with you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30(30 days or more) days from the receipt date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order shave already been shipped.
